Azure Residences is truly one of the best places to live on the Palm. The views are spectacular — you wake up to stunning sights of Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa, and the open sea, which is rare to find all in one place. The beach is clean, quiet, and just steps away, and you have access to a beautiful 2-kilometer beach walk along the beginning of the Palm, perfect for early morning runs or sunset strolls. The swimming pool is very long (45 meters) and offers an impressive panorama, ideal for both relaxing and swimming laps. It’s a peaceful and serene residence — incredibly quiet, which makes it feel like a true retreat while still being close to everything. You’re just a few minutes from Golden Mile, with easy access to shops, cafés, and services. One of the most convenient features is the Choithrams supermarket located right at the foot of the residence. It’s well-stocked, offering everything from daily essentials to fresh meat, seafood, fish, and even pork products. It truly adds to the ease and comfort of living here, knowing that anything you need is just an elevator ride away. Nice building, many improvements are happening recently and many more are planned. Stunning views and best location in Dubai, Palm Jumeirah. Largest Olympic size residential swimming pool is open to residents and their visitors, amazing temperature controlled water temperature and horizon of sea and Burj al Arab view, very quiet, no noise, you can see sunrise every day.

For me the best building in Dubai. Full sea view and LARGE balcony. You can not find this many places in Dubai. Very RARE! And with Access to private beach. Luxury real estate on a prime location. Feels like a safe investment for the future.

Amazing views and a great pool! Gym is on the roof level and looks out over the water to the Burj Al Arab. Apts are very spacious and The balconies are massive. There’s nothing better than sitting on the balcony at sunset and watching all the yachts roll past. Bonus is that on NYE you can see all the fireworks that Dubai puts on right from your home. Azure residences also doesn’t suffer from the traffic on the island side of the Palm, so it’s easy to get and out of.
