One of the worst projects in the area. Parking is made only for motor cycles I believe. Barely enough to park a small car. Furniture, not durable at all. Bed broke on my first night here and a week in so did the chair. No drainage in the shower. Pool closed for over a month. Brand new apartment but all used, flimsy appliances. Handover team takes no responsibility at all. Everyone is just passing the ball. Responsible person actually shouted at me saying "you are only a tenent, you have no right to call us. We deal only with the landlord" Do not recommend!

Worst place to stay in. Not regarding the building but the management. I have the rudest neighbors in the history of mankind. Every week they will have 2 or 3 gathering on the balcony shouting at 2 am having a party as if they are living in their villages these rural people and the management can’t do anything about it. So helpless. I don’t understand how they can’t issue a fine of distance but they can issue a fine for putting the water bottle in the corridor. DONOT EVER LIVE HERE AT ALL. THE WOST EXPERIENCE AND AZIZI IS NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE AND ANY BODY I KNOW

I am very happy as one of the owners to point out that after one year of living in star by Azizi, I see great changes in the construction work. Thank you for your efforts from the management department to the lower level.

moved in couple of months ago, this building is nothing but a terrible project based on their soundproofing & maintenance. imagine living with a constant noise of the machines which are placed right above my apartment on the terrace - 24 x 7 EVERYDAY!!! sadly i have paid the entire year’s rent and cannot move anytime soon. i don’t know how to even fix this situation as the security guards cannot do anything as per them. i have even mailed the VCM about this situation but haven’t heard back. i recommend people to not move into this building 🙏
