One of the worst projects in the area. Parking is made only for motor cycles I believe. Barely enough to park a small car. Furniture, not durable at all. Bed broke on my first night here and a week in so did the chair. No drainage in the shower. Pool closed for over a month. Brand new apartment but all used, flimsy appliances. Handover team takes no responsibility at all. Everyone is just passing the ball. Responsible person actually shouted at me saying "you are only a tenent, you have no right to call us. We deal only with the landlord" Do not recommend!

Great location of the building, close to metro station (20mims walking distance) Common areas are well maintained. I didn’t have any issues with security guards (unlike the other comments saying) the security guards and helpful and attentive. Also, the building is managed by VMC company. I can say they respond to emails/calls very fast and complete the work. I have been with many properties management, but VMC in Star by Azizi do stand out with there service. It is “budget “ property, but service and cleaning is luxurious level. (Special thanks to Abdul Jabbar from VMC, you are the best) Most low star are for construction, not building management. It is new building, so expected to find some defects (as with every new projects) , but they do definitely take care of it. Satisfied landlord&tenant.

Do not think of moving into Azizi buildings as a owner or tenants with annual contract as they have so many structural issues and maintenance problems: bathrooms and washbasins have blockages. Incomplete work everywhere; don't be deceived by their exteriors as they have purposefully made it appealing to hide their internal flaws and that's why they are providing kitchen appliances and furniture. Star building has no gas connection so be aware. Doesn't matter how many times you call security or maintenance guys they are extremely unhelpful and rude. I don't know who hired their security staff, all of them are ill-mannered and untrained.

Dont Buy Here!! As a Actual owner I feel scammed by the handover and engineering team, they will try to gain your trust and make you sign the handover document promising to repair snags and force you to sign before cleaning the apartment. What come next is all the scratches and stains in the mable will show up just after the deep cleaning has finish. After you complain the will ask you to f. Off as u sign the handover document, extremely unprofessional and dishonest company. Attached pictures of the perfectly handover apartment.
