Avoid buying or renting Apartment 812 in Shaista Azizi. Hello people, I hope this review finds you, so at least others will not suffer like us. Why particularly Apartment 812? 1. Near the lift it’s always noisy. 2. While walking, the tiles make sound because the grouting was poor. 3. The sunlight that comes from afternoon to evening makes your home super hot; even the AC is not enough. Also, it’s super cold during winters. 4. The entire bedroom has seepage issues with mold. Also, don’t miss a leakage spot in the hall near the ceiling light. 5. The house is too small. Once, I heard the broker telling a viewer it’s more than 800 sq ft — they are lying. Be careful. 6. cockroach issue is there even after cleaning the home twice daily and fest control. 7. AC smells bad, caused breathing discomfort They may have done a temporary fix for the seepage, but it will come back within 2–3 months. All of this is bad, but the real nightmare starts after moving in. As soon as you rent the apartment, the owner will keep the house on sale. Just a month after moving in, a broker came with a buyer to show the apartment. And from then on, more than 30 families came for viewing, especially during the last 4 months before vacating. It was a torture because we gave our personal time, skipped our lunch because people were coming during lunchtime, and a few even came at night around 9. We never complained and made sure the house was clean and tidy because they wanted to sell it — that’s the reason we also vacated. We stayed in this apartment only for 1 year, but they deducted all the security deposit only for painting and cleaning, and also for their personal repairs like the seepage issue. We were messaging them for more than a month after vacating the apartment, but no one paid us the rightful amount of deposit back. Only we know the mental torture caused to us. People involved are the owner , manager who held our deposit amount, and the broker who showed us the home (he tried his part, but the other two people refused to pay. Be very careful before renting or buying this apartment. So please — if you're thinking of buying or renting this flat, be very, very careful. This was our real experience. Don’t fall into the same trap.

Great location. Clean and modern. Good sunset views. Good security. Loads of parking outside the building. Useful shops integrated into ground floor of the building. Nice gym. Clean swimming pool.

I believe it is important to appreciate when things go right as well, VCM team deserves an applause for doing a great job in Azizi Shaista, they accepted our request and installed a kids play area and also yesterday took the initiative to paint dirty walls in the building. Well done team!

Roaches at the property! Be aware! I booked through homesgetway a unit in Azizi Shaista it was horrible. Worst experience. The rooms are small and dingy, Roaches everywhere! The security the worst. I haven’t gotten my refund yet, don’t book !
