Been living in Roy Mediterranean for a bit now—honestly, it’s been pretty good. The location in Al Furjan is super convenient, close to the metro and easy to get around. My studio is compact but nicely done, and maintenance is usually quick. Gym and pool are decent, nothing fancy but clean. Only issue is the parking can be tight and sometimes you hear hallway noise. But for the price and location, no real complaints. Solid spot overall.

Building is good quality and apartments are furnished, so ideal for those who are not looking to invest in furniture, either living short-term or long. Decent amenities such as gym and swimming pool etc and overall a supportive staff. One issue I faced was that my washing machine broke and they were not able to fix the issue for a whole damn month.

I’ve been here for 3 years and I’ve never been happier. The bus stop is in front of the building itself. The guard and utility guys are respectful. The place is very quiet and the pool is always clean.

I stay here almost 1 year its very safe clean and calm... before taking apartment i read comments there is fire alarm everyday... its totally wrong it happen once in a Six month.. Pool also free lifts always free, there is only one small problem sim signals are weak. Final comment nice building
