The location is beautiful, specially the apartments overlooking Anantara side. It is a bit far from the city, but I like it this way However, the building maintenance is really bad ! It is a shame that such a building which is only 2 years old suffer from such problems in sewage that the bathrooms smells very bad, sometimes also the corridors. Also, the tiny flying insects that comes out of the sink. They have only 8 free sunbeds by the pool, and no sunbeds or umbrellas on the beach. I wonder how much would it cost to clean the sand from the sharp construction stones While the location is very peaceful at the end of the palm, the construction noise does not stop. There are also, two vacant plots next to the building. I can see the preparation to start construction on the beach side.

I stayed here 1 month ago (March 2023). Still haven't refunded my deposit. No one is trying to help or answering my questions. I definitely do not recommend, you can't get your money back if you stay here!!

Like living on a building site, drilling and banging pretty much all the time - Major works going on above us..Impossible to work from home and have conference calls. And don't ask them to hand over your apartment with clean windows, this is beyond them - Everyone I have spoken to has the same issue - inaccessible dirty widows - I am sure there is a nice view there somewhere. STOP PRESS - The windows have been cleaned, we only waited 4 months. The other challenge is door handles, the doors in the bathrooms are very nice, made of solid wood - the problem is there are no handles or spring openers on them, so consequently you have to bend down to open them from the bottom, the strangest thing is when I asked Mr Taher at Azizi head office, he said if I wanted handles I would have to buy them myself? I take no pleasure in leaving a bad review but these people need to get their act together, absolutely no customer service ethos. UPDATE June 22 2022 So here we are, six months since I arrived and the drilling and banging continues, today we have both at the same time - still impossible to work from home most days although they seem to like drilling and banging at the weekends too - there is absolutely no thought for the people who live here - Azizi management have no customer service ethos, absolutely none. UPDATE 17.09.2022 at 08.15 am and someone thinks it's okay to be drilling, not just ordinary drilling, this is conversation drowning noise, incredible... nothing changes. UPDATE 01.10.2022 Happy new month Azizi - all day banging yesterday and it has started again today, impossible to stay in the apartment - Absolutely incredible. UPDATE 29.10.2022 Drilling and banging on consecutive weekends in October, it started at 8.10 am today, Azizi have the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. It is now 9 am and I am starting to think where can I go today, because I certainly can't stay here. UPDATE 08.11.2022 Banging and drilling with a vengeance this morning - Azizi Mina is continuing to be a place where there is no peace at all. UPDATE 31.01.2023 I finally left the building and I am perplexed by their incompetency, I paid a significant security deposit to Aziz Developments and they are now telling me that the landlord - who is in Botswana - owes me the refund?

NEVER RENT OR BUY APARTMENTS IN THIS BUILDING! It’s a terrible place that doesn’t worth a dollar! Especially apartment 819. Permanent construction above your head on the roof, starting from 5:30 a.m. Those people don’t respect anyone. The management is terrible! Stinky corridors, nasty beach covered with sharp constructing stones. Good reviews are boosted by the real estate brokers! Stay away from that place!
