The actual building is great. It’s just the community that’s really far out with nothing much around. Great, if you’re working and mobile. Apartments are nicely finished and come to complete with washing machine, cooker, and refrigerator

The apartment was amazing with easy access to malls, metro station, temple, clinics, etc. A calm surrounding with ample parking space available. You have got numerous salons and mini marts in close vicinity and if you have a pet or a kid, a good place to them for a walk. A few downturns were, too much cockroach issue in the homes that are specially near by the garbage chute inspite of doing repeated pest control and often water leakage issue.

Fire alarm testing is a torture that's happening every couple of months here. They run the alarm 8 TIMES with small pauses in-between starting early in the morning. And when it's not fire alarm, it's a noise from your neighbors or the street. Apartments have zero noise insulation. If you like sleep deprivation, this building is a solid choice.

Terrible building, would not recommend anyone to stay here. The first thing here is very noisy in the apartments, next to the road you can hear all the passing cars, as well as the sound of construction. There is also poor sound insulation among the apartments, you can literally hear every rustle, the crying of a child, the conversations of neighbors, music, how someone moves furniture. The siren works in the corridor quite often, but the worst thing is the sounds of the street, here with a closed balcony and an open one and the same volume. The second point is poor ventilation. The bathrooms are very humid, which causes various bacteria and fungi to appear. In the hall, the smell of food from the neighboring apartment, you can not cook anything, but you will always smell of food - this is not the most pleasant smell. The third point is water, I don’t know what’s wrong with water, but after it I have an allergy, this has never happened anywhere else in Dubai. Also in the apartment, eyes burn and often sneezing, most likely there are some dangerous substances provoking all this. Take care of your health, do not stay in this building.

Doesn't even deserve a star. Worst management ever, cheap material all around the building which leads to leakage all the time. Problems, problems and more problems. Stay away from any Azizi building in my opinion if you want to have a stress free mind!
