Please reconsider before moving into or purchasing in this building. I want to share my personal experience so others can make an informed decision. The building security staff have shown poor professionalism and unhelpful attitudes. I was in a medical situation where my doctor specifically recommended certain gym exercises. To follow this advice safely, I hired a certified personal trainer and paid for a full set of sessions. However, the building’s security refused to allow my trainer into the gym, stating that “outside trainers are not allowed” and that I needed building management’s approval. I immediately sent an email request for approval, but only received a response five days later—denying permission. This restriction was never communicated beforehand, even though I had already paid for my trainer’s services. What’s more, the building does not have any in-house gym trainer available for residents. This means there is no safe or professional guidance provided at all, yet outside trainers are also not allowed. This raises an important question: what is the purpose of having a gym if residents cannot train safely with qualified professionals—especially for medical reasons? It appears the gym is more for show than for genuine use. For anyone considering this property, please be aware of these limitations and the lack of clear communication from management.

It is very Nice building in furjan, for comfortable & pleasant stay, nice environment, safe for families & ladies, nice people are living there best location & connectivity by metro, easy road excess to all major roads E11, E311, E44, E611, Jabal ali, expo, marina, JBR, JLT, ibne batuta mall etc, it has swimming pool, gym & car parking, easy reachable within 30 minutes from most part of dubai like business bay, burj Khalifa, downtown, Dxb airport or DWTC airport, Mirdiff city center or last exit / Abu Dhabi

While the building itself is great, yet again, arrogant rude and condescending security guards. A common theme in furjan apartments. I booked an airbnb for a couple of days here and at the reception the guard points to a printed number at the desk and says ‘send’. 0 context. Upon asking him, he has the gall to bark out ‘Send means send documents, did i say anything else? send ur document’ while giving me looks. Upon calling his behavior out, he refused to listen to my request for 20 mins while leisurely assisting other people who came in first. Im not sure what’s the problem in furjan with these arrogant guards who think they own the building, but its getting really tiring at this point to live here and dealing with these absolute clowns everyday.

I live here for one year now, cant wait end of the month for Moving. Security are useless, oh yes they are good for cheking who come in the building without to stand from their chair.. When there is something with nehgbourhood nobody can do their job. They smile to woman, men you re not welcome. Building is just 2 years old, looks like 10. Parking space outside with no roof top protect ur car. Cabage room very noisy. Alarm test (or no test) very often and any time.. Bad expérience

I do not know who are giving this good rating, i have booked flat in this project and the projected handover Sep 2021 but even after 1 yr from the booking it shows only 15% increase in construction mean they will need 7 to 8 yrs to complete any project. i was following up and sending frequent emails but no reply and they don't want to commit the date of completion and always says expected or anticipated. After getting money from the customer they still can't assure the date of completion to the client, even post pandemic and no issue progressing. My understanding they need to settle due to the contractor or else no plan to finish the project this year. It seems only 25 persons working in site where the project required 200 min so i just want to bring the issue in this platform as i am not getting any solid response from the management. I will be happy if i could any response with exact completion date, approval may take sometime and depend on the authorities. Frustrated investor.
