Shame on all those responsible. Residents of nearby buildings have been deprived of peaceful sleep for almost three years due to ongoing construction, and now we are facing unbearable noise from generators exceeding 95 dB. The project is nearly complete, yet the suffering continues. This level of disturbance is inhumane, especially at this stage. I reached out to Ihab, the project manager, and was met with shocking rudeness and complete disregard for our concerns. The lack of consideration for families and children in the surrounding community is deeply disappointing. Immediate action must be taken.

Azizi company is very deceitful. The sales managers change often. I bought an apartment in this project. They promised that it would be delivered in June 2024. At this moment, construction has just begun. It is very difficult to get in touch with them. I have to argue to get explanations. I ask others who will write reviews to attach photos from the construction site in order to have the opportunity to see how the work is going.

You're gonna get scammed. Best case scenario your unit will be delivered with at least one year delay. If you want to know more about this fraudulent company, Google Azizi Riviera and learn about the thousand people who lost ludicrous amounts of money and time due to the 5 years late handover. They have multiple projects across Dubai, all of them underwent the same pattern of massive late completion. Customer care absence when buyers attempt to complain or gather information is a normal occurrence.

Azizi are scammers, their sellers (sell department) promise one thing and once you pay the down payment and sign, they tell you a different thing. When you complain about it they say that you don’t have evidence and that you already signed. They force you to either pay more or lose your unit. The other departments are not different because they are aware of the issue and of the scam but they don’t care as long as they are profiting from the scam.
