Great project! Although it suffers major challenges for the timely completion of the projects right from the beginning of COVID-19 pandemic. Hopes to see its occupant move in soon.

Project is good but unfortunately DAMAC management is not good. My boss buy 1 unit with a lot promotion from sales but at the end all those promotion never reflect in official account system. Finally account give us penalties. Even we have strong evidence that we are not responsible for that penalty,but DAMAC don't want to listen. Many times we came to CRM and sales but they always excuse and say everything Ok. Seems legal action have to take to solve this problem. So be careful when you buy DAMAC project. Check properly every single thing promotion which they promote. This is so sad and bad experience for property investors

Still at this very moment it is under construction but we can already see that this tower will be one of the monument which can serve as landmark between Al Safa and Downtown. Can’t wait to see the completed appearance!
