Best place for living - 1 min walk from metro, nice restaurant nearby, Astra clinic, pharmacy. The location itself is quite and comfortable.

A wonderful place to live in. Very neat, close to the metro station and bus stop. Surrounded by super markets What i love more about this building is the day security guards. Especially the lady security guard. They are very welcoming, give you all information you need to know, polite, helpful and she is always smiling .and they don't joke with with mask. They make sure every one outs on a masked wimhen 3ntring the building. Nice place to live in

One of the best building in Al Furjan. Less than a minute walk to metro station. Gym, kids play area, huge open pool deck, 24x7 security and CCTV cameras, dedicated parking for residence, free covered guest parking, 24x7 resident maintenance team. Community center with all kinds of shop is right opposite of this building. Quick access to Al Asayel, Yalayis Street, Sheikh Zayed Road. Very well managed by OAM company. Love the ambience.
