Worst studio. It looks nice but i was suffering with leaking all the time. The idea of having door opening by thumb or code is cool. But most of the times i had to try more than 3 times for it to work. Security are very nice . There is no trolley so when bringing heavy things you will struggle.

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing the luxurious living offered at Avanos by Myra RE Development. Located in JVC, this penthouse unit, boasting two bedrooms and 110 SQM of space on the top floor, truly exceeded my expectations. The highlight? Undoubtedly the expansive 33 SQM rooftop balcony, where I could unwind while soaking in breathtaking views of Dubai's skyline or entertain guests with ease. The thoughtful inclusion of built-in cabinets, ensuring that the space remains tidy and organized, significantly enhanced the overall convenience and comfort of living here. Additionally, the location couldn't be more convenient – just a stone's throw away from Choithram Supermarket and a short 400-meter stroll to the Circle Mall.

Well, I don't know from where to start. Just, DON'T BUY OR RENT IN AVANOS !!! the worst developer. Since day one in this apartment we have been facing issues after issues and specially the NOISE. You hear all the noises from outside as if the windows were open, the neighbours making parties in the middle of night of vacuuming at 3am, or dropping things on the floor constantly in the middle of the night. The water heater situated in the ceiling of the bedroom is not functional and keeps dropping constantly day and night, making your nights horrible. if you want to have sleep issues, you're welcome to come here.

The entrance of the building has a foul smell and is dirty. The building was supposed to be pet-free, and I purchased the property based on that condition. Now, I see animals everywhere. The management is ignoring emails and messages—they don’t respond at all. I’ve already paid the penalties, even though they were supposed to hand over the apartment clean and fully ready. There are still many unresolved issues: the lights aren’t working, the oven rack is missing, and the walls are dirty and cracked throughout my apartment. Additionally, there’s no water outlet in the balcony—if someone wants to clean it, they have to carry water from the bathroom.

Buying an apartment here has been a complete nightmare from day one. First, they delayed the handover by 11 months with excuse after excuse. When we finally moved in, we were left without gas for 6 months, forcing us to struggle just to cook in our own home. And the issues didn’t stop there! The fire alarm goes off every single day for no reason, disturbing everyone at all hours, and they refuse to fix it. Now, on top of everything, we’ve been dealing with horrible noise from the parking drain covers right under our apartment. Cars passing over them make a loud, unbearable noise, and despite reporting it countless times, nothing is done. They tried covering it with plastic, which only made things worse! Their complete lack of professionalism and responsibility is shocking. They ignore calls and emails, hoping to delay until the building is out of warranty. If you’re considering buying here, STAY AWAY unless you want to live in constant stress and frustration! Also the funny think most of the good review are done by the real estate agent and also 2 engineers handling this project and they are not living there !!!
