I live in the building directly behind Aura, and despite raising several complaints regarding the padel court’s spotlights, no action has been taken. The lights are directed straight into our apartments, making it extremely uncomfortable for us. I have already spoken to the building security, JVC security, someone from your company, and even Mr. Hani (the community manager). Unfortunately, nothing has been resolved for over a month. The location and direction of the spotlights must be adjusted immediately. If no action is taken, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter and report it to the relevant authorities. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly without further escalation.

Cheaters, liars, thieves. I did expect an awful experience with the handover. However they have exceeded my expectations. Reading the other comments I was aware of their terrible customer service. Forcing buyers to buy additional (mechanical) parking & pay a huge amount. Now they're even forcing us to sign some mortgage paper with bank. When the payment plan is between me & the developer why should I sign a document with bank. I don't understand. Worst experience ever. I just want to sell my apartment and get over this nonsense. please avoid dealing with this developer. Worst Worst experience ever.

I regret buying my off plan unit from Grovy ( Aura by Grovy in JVC) - see the reasons below. In September 2024 they announced the handover will be mid November, and just 2 weeks before they informed investors that they haven’t even obtained BCC. This is just dragged on till late May 2025 when they finally received it - following months of radio silence and zero updates. Once they announced handover, I received an invoice for 35,000 AED to pay for mechanical parking that I refused to buy when it was offered to me in August and September 2024. Suddenly they claim it’s a requirement for registration and handover without any evidence presented. When exactly has this become a prerequisite is a mystery. Following legal advice, the developer isn’t allowed to make commercial changes to SPA after signing. Clause 4 of my SPA clearly states only 1 parking space is included with my unit. There is no provision granting Grovy the right to allocate or charge for an extra parking space post signing the sales contract. Under Dubai law developers are not allowed to change commercial terms including price, unit features and buyer obligations. They are also threatening to delay and obstruct the long awaited handover if this amount isn’t paid. When I saw my apartment in January for snagging - all the built in furniture was dented with many scratches and imperfections. I believe till now many units haven’t been fixed yet but Grovy claims the apartments are ready for occupation (?) I visited the building last week and there are still workers present.

I moved here recently, new building good quality and amenity the security guys are friendly always smiling, honestly i dont understand why some bad reviews. Some mentioned the project is delayed, me as tenant i dont care about all this. Im happy with my choice.

As a tenant here for 6 weeks I am seriously disappointed. 1. There is still no gas in the building meaning I am spending a LOT on takeaways 2. There is a foul sewage stench coming from the maids room. I logged this 3 days ago and no one has come still. 3. The fire alarm goes off multiple times a day, even in the middle of the night. 4. The padel court isn’t even finished properly and the turf goes up the sides - looks like the court is just for show! 5. Pool is already rusting significantly in parts
