I live here in Aljada from last 6 months, the area is very good and liveable for the people like me who loves nature. But the sad part is there is no dedicated path for walkers like no zebra walk on road basically not properly planed for walkers. As in the image there is only one zebra walk for one way on second road there is no walk so people have to cross road fearfully. Also I must say the building build quality is poor.

Where can people park their cars ?? No one is helping from customer service !! Very bad living experience I park in my basement parking lot, still you can find solutions for people who have more than 1 car and provide for us at least area that we can park peacefully!!!

The outdoor play area is fantastic, with a great variety of equipment . My kids had an absolute blast on the swings, slides, and climbing structures, and I felt completely at ease with how clean and safe everything was.dedicated skating area

Nice place to unwind with the kids. Has skating parks with suitable for the beginners as well as the pros. Also these is a great kids play area as well. They don't operate the open theater anymore not sure why.
