Beautiful views and amenities BUT, If you’re renting here be aware that the management is inexistent. The building has serious water infiltration problems and my ceiling keeps getting wet and cracked, it’s so annoying and the worst part is that I told everything to my agent and she is not getting any response from management. The heater is also not working so I don’t have any hot water. Beautiful building with so much potential but the management is awful, there is also a very rude and poorly trained Asian girl at the reception who will always create problems if you have maintenance workers coming in for absolutely no reasons.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! In the interest of fairness, I’ll share the pros and cons. The GOOD: -the view -the front desk security are super helpful and always very polite. The BAD: -the building isn’t ready to be inhabited. - the swimming pool was unusable since I moved in over 6 months ago and is now being rebuilt (estimated timeline to completion 4 months) - water is currently dripping through my bedroom ceiling due to the apartment above flooding - all the walls have cracks in them - the 1st floor parking lot floods when it rains - the 4th floor parking lot is still a construction site -daily fire alarms at random times despite the building being barely occupied -twice I’ve been in the lift when the fire Alarm goes off and there lift stops working - the extractor in the kitchen above the stove pulls the smoke from above the stove and puts it into the apartment. There is no ducting installed. - the windows (which are supposed to be cleaned every 2 months) still have never been cleaned so I can’t fully enjoy the view I’m paying for - there are cracks and poor finishing in the common areas - I have never seen all the lifts working at the same time - the visitor parking is still inaccessible - the management company seems under qualified and not up to actually managing this building. All they ever give is ultimatums and send emails (that promise things that don’t happen) but never give solutions - it is the first building complete in the area so if you move here you’ll live in a building site for the foreseeable future - traffic is terrible getting in and out at rush hour times - the access roads are all detours - you have to pay a nonrefundable 1000 aed just to connect the AC -phone coverage for Etisalat in the building is almost nonexistent - out of the coverage area for deliveroo I would keep on going, but basically don’t be fooled by the glossy brochures and fancy sounding building. There is a reason that most new buildings in Dubai sell out quickly and Anwa tower is still struggling despite heavy marketing. It’s a big shame, because this has the potential to be a nice place with the port side walk and port views, but unfortunately 1 star is more than they deserve. (As I was adding the photos, the fire alarm went off again)

High standard waterfront residence. This 1 BR frim Marriott's Mansions & Homes selection is rather a good deal, though on 2nd floor, overlooking the swimming pool with all attached noises. But despite the surrounding constructions sites and their daylong hammering noises, it was quiet at night, till 5:a.m. Much better than previous experience at Rove La Mer hotel, where construction moise was permanent day and night and one could not even sot outside for breakfast. The furniture is still in good condition, but the bedding would need updating. There was issue with flies and tiny (biting) insects. The mamagement did send a pest control technician, buit i preferred to suffer from flies than having chemicals sprayed all over. The Deluxe Homes group manage the apartment and the customer service is very reactive. There is a convenient well stiffed supermarket , on the Groundfloor, near the parking. especially for water and urgent needs. But Carrefour and other big supermarkets are just 15 to 20 min away by taxi for roughly 10 eur, in one of the many neighboring malls.

I’ve had many problems with this building. The maintenance is poor, and the construction materials seem to be low quality likely due to it being built during the COVID period. There are ongoing issues with water leakage, condensation, and even mold inside the walls, ceiling and walls in every apartment are cracks. I would not recommend.
