This hotel on the Palm is like visiting Thailand whilst in Dubai, it is completely inspired by the far east and the theme is apparent throughout the hotel. We booked two rooms which were lagoon access rooms and the amazing part is that the room opens right into the lagoon and that is really special. The rooms need some upgrade to its decor and some touch ups as I felt they were looking tired for sure. However , just being able to jump in whenever we wanted directly from our terrace which had sunbeds made up for the room. It was so relaxing at we did not have to go anywhere and just chilled by the room. Thank you to the wonderful duty manager and Amro at the reception who made our stay memorable by taking care of everything in the rooms. I feel that there are small details which are missing in the rooms, eg an in-house menu to order room service, tea kettle etc. We had to look for these items and finally gave up so please( note to manager) do make sure that you have a better way of arranging these things in the room. The restaurants in the hotel are great especially Mekong, amazing food! Generally the hotel is a great hotel however I could tell that every area needs an uplift to enhance it, there is much room for improvement. You are good! But can aim to be excellent!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is well maintained, peaceful, and perfect for families. The staff are exceptionally friendly and make you feel truly welcome. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and the team is always attentive and professional. A special mention goes to Ms. Coma Kim Venue for her warm personality and outstanding service she really made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Anantara Restaurant. The ambience was elegant and relaxing — perfect for a family meal. Chef Subodh was incredibly cordial and attentive; he went out of his way to prepare a special pasta for our children and a delicious green Thai curry for us. His personal touch and hospitality truly elevated our experience. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of authentic flavors. Highly recommend both the restaurant and Chef Subodh for making our visit memorable!

This place exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and made us feel right at home. The ambiance was serene, and the facilities were fantastic – everything from the food to the activities was well-organized. The kids' club was a huge hit with my little ones, and I loved the peace and quiet while they had their fun. Special thanks to lolly in front office, she everything in detail.. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. If you're looking for a spot to relax and recharge, look no further – this place is a must-visit! 🌟👌

I have been a guest at Anantara resorts before and have always associated your brand with outstanding hospitality and a luxurious experience. Unfortunately, during my most recent stay at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, I was disappointed to find that the experience fell far below expectations. Several areas stood out: Service & Attentiveness: The responsiveness and communication from staff were not up to the standards I previously experienced at Anantara. Treatment felt less personal and lacked attentiveness. Rooms: The rooms looked dated, with poor lighting that created an uncozy and somewhat unpleasant atmosphere. The property no longer carries the modern, chic, and elegant feel that I used to associate with Anantara. Renovation seems overdue. Facilities: Restaurants and the pool area felt empty and dull, lacking the vibrant and lively ambiance one would expect from one of the UAE’s top luxury resorts. Special Requests: Even a simple request for a slightly late checkout was declined abruptly, with strict insistence on leaving by 12:00 noon. This is unusual for a high-end resort and left a negative final impression. I share this feedback not to complain but in the hope that it is taken constructively. Anantara has always been a name I trust, but this experience unfortunately did not reflect the brand’s usual excellence. I sincerely hope steps will be taken to restore the level of luxury, service, and hospitality that Anantara is known for.
