So abu dhabi wants a new look. Island seems impressive and it focuses on high rosers only. But the design flaws are there. No parkings whatsoever if you have to visit someone. Signals are not synchronized. And there are 4 signals in just a small area before shams boutique. Could've been optimized overall w.r.t plot

lovely and welcoming sense of place even with tall towers you still feel a good human scale streets, good way finding, classy community, remarkable sky line and 10 min from Abu Dhabi down town

A good place to relax and go for a bicycle ride. Have some access roads to other islands. Park is available and Carrefour Hypermarket are also located in the island. The place is animal friendly as well.
