Close to metro. Brand new. Initially some issues which is understandable but now it’s all smooth. Value for money. Rentals are pretty reasonable for a fully furnished apartment in dubai. Quite happy , been 3 months.

Parking ramp is too small to fit a car. either you park your car outside in the heat or scratch your car every time to go in or out. only ground floor parking is ok, if you have to go up or down you will definitely scratch your car. Before checking the flat, start with the parking, you will definitely not even want to see the apartment. most of the residents are parking outside the building in this hot weather

Moved in April. So far so good to be honest. Yes , you don’t compare it with a studio in downtown where u pay 65k in 4 Cheques ! Single woman taking a metro it’s super convenient. All the comments I feel are by frustrated owners before handover. As a tenant , my stay so far has been pleasant. Brand new community. The real acid test is during winter where I get to use pool Sauna more often. The gym is actually pretty good.

Moved in 3 months ago and from the first week it’s been one issue after another. The AC wasn’t working at all and when it finally started, it began leaking all over the floor. Water has been getting stuck in the shower since day two. The smell coming from the bathroom is unbearable. It’s strong, constant, and impossible to get rid of no matter what you try. I reported all of this to management and after six complaints they finally fixed the AC. But the smell is still there and the shower keeps clogging every week. Parking is a complete joke. If your spot isn’t on the ground floor, good luck. The ramps are so tight it’s almost impossible to get in or out unless you drive a really tiny car. The only good thing is having the metro right in front of the building. Apart from that, nothing here is worth the stress. Management is unhelpful, slow, and always clueless. And to top it all off, the fire alarm randomly goes off in the middle of the night. One in the morning, three, four. No reason. It’s a nightmare. If you’re thinking about moving here, don’t. You will regret it.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING I bought an off-plan 1-bedroom unit from Reportage years ago — fully paid in cash. Everything was nice and friendly until the money was transferred. After that? Ghosted. Emails never answered. I had to drive to Abu Dhabi just to get the most basic updates because the Dubai office “isn’t responsible”. Complete nonsense. There was zero communication about the massive construction delay — we’re talking more than 2 years late — and no one ever bothered to inform me. When the unit was finally “ready”, I was hit with nearly AED 40,000 in HIDDEN COSTS connection fees. Suddenly they point to the contract saying “buyer is responsible for connections”. Back when I asked the broker and Reportage, they said those were just service charges. Lies. All lies. What choice did I have? Pay it or lose everything. These people know exactly what they’re doing. Next was the snagging — and it was a disaster. Poor construction, endless issues. I made a huge list, sent it in, and again: silence. Months went by, no updates. Then in April, they suddenly handed me the keys — but only after I signed that everything was OK. I hadn’t even seen the unit at that point. Just madness. But again, what could I do? They hold all the power. Btw - Service charges are charged from October... even if THEY didn't hand over!!! Then the parking situation. Total joke. The spaces aren’t assigned, and the ramps to the lower levels are so tight you literally can’t drive down — unless maybe you’re on a scooter. Not exaggerating. Inside the apartment, materials are cheap — I expected that for the price — but water is leaking everywhere. There’s already mold in the gym and steam room and handover was just months ago. Water stains in hallways, ceilings dripping, smells in the air — it’s disgusting. And ARNCON, the property manager? Completely useless. No trash bins, no cleaning, paint splatters still on floors and doors, garbage in the hallways. It looks like a construction site that no one ever finished. You go to their office and all you hear is “we are working on it.” Lies again. It’s just getting worse. I can’t imagine how this place will look in a year or two. Honestly, I’m already trying to sell — and I feel bad for the next person. Before you even think about buying anything from Reportage, visit their other buildings. Same condition. Same disaster. And surprise: ARNCON is always the property manager. I wouldn’t be shocked if it’s all the same company behind the scenes. Sad to see this happening in the UAE. People like this should be held legally accountable.
