Bloom Holding is proud to present Aldhay, the fifth phase of their family-oriented closed community of Bloom Gardens. Aldhay is a state-of-the-art residential development located in the mainland of Abu Dhabi, and it has been awarded the Arabian Property Awards Development for Best Residential Development (2020–2021). Currently under construction, the estimated completion date for Aldhay is Q3 2023.
The project will feature 181 townhouses with 2–5 bedrooms. The total area of the units range from 1,463 sq. ft to 3,681 sq. ft and include a spacious kitchen, living and dining areas, large bedrooms and dressing rooms. Each townhouse also comes with parking spaces for two cars that are shielded against rain and sunlight. There is also a maid’s bedroom in townhouses with 3–5 bedrooms, and five-bedroom residences boast three floors plus a spacious terrace at the top.
Great attention is being paid to the decoration of the residences, which will be constructed with durable materials of the highest quality such as laminated wood, polished granite and ceramic tiles. The facades of the townhouses will be painted in a neutral yet regal palette of beige, grey and brown, helping the future residents feel closer to nature. The area around AlDhay will be full of lush greenery, palm trees and broad-leaved trees, providing pleasant shade during hot summer days. Each townhouse also has a private garden where a recreation area can be set up.

Dear Bloom Gardens Management, I hope you are doing well. I wanted to share some feedback on one of the managers, Ahmed (from Egypt). I have found his behavior to be quite rude and unfriendly, both to adults and children. This creates an uncomfortable atmosphere, especially for families. I believe the previous manager was more approachable and respectful in their interactions. A welcoming and respectful environment is important for everyone. I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for all people. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Today, as a guest, I wanted to go to one of the villas. At around 8 pm, the security guard came to the door in a harsh and rude tone, just like he was sitting there. He asked me what I was coming for. I said, "I'm a guest." He asked me for the villa number, and then he asked my mobile number. And believe me, he said, "You need to give me your ID so I can write down the number." "Where do you work?" "Give me your phone number." It was very, very strange to me. So many documents for a normal guest. Is this person qualified to ask so many personal questions and ask for an ID card?

Very amazing place i love it i have been living here for 3 years now and it's amazing clean area natural and clean but security behavior might not be the best BFM is too expensive and don't help
