Such an amazing place to live. Has two stores and one beauty salon down near the lobby outside. Grab'n'Go by getting milk, diary products or yummy food you can cook. Even has yummy treats and in prostor you can find amazing ice cream. Also another grocery shop near. Green bag grocery! Charmelles is the beauty salon. The apartment rooms are amazing and spacious. Noise cancelling between rooms. Security is also kind and lifeguards at the pool are also kind. Theres also a gym to get rid of your laziness if you are. Even you can get in-room maintenance! There is also an stitching shop called Artisan.

Maintenance is fast. Very nice security and management team. Clean building. Quality of materials used in construction are pretty decent. It’s slightly more expensive than the surrounding buildings. The pool is too small for the number of apartments.

Definitely the worst building I have ever lived in! Very poor maintenance and management! The whole building has been infested by booklice that they can't get rid off, broken and blocked pipes, leakages, etc. Our apartment has been flooded and all furniture got ruined causing a horrible smell in the apartment. Simply stay away from this place. Now, it's been 6months and problems are not ending. There is no support from the management. There is a mold issue which causes serious health issues. After many calls and many emails management isn't taking any action and they have never responded to my emails. The worst company I have ever dealt with, it is just a nightmare to live in this apartment.

Service from the maintenance team is excellent but the building construction itself is very poor and cost cuts can be seen from the common area tiles to false ceiling finishes and bathroom material used

Extremely rude security team. I came wanting to do viewing of an apartment, he refused to show me and talked very aggressively and rudely. Al Wasl Management should definitely look into that.
