Its our first time to stay in this hotel and its was amazing. We enjoyed our staycation with family and hotel staff are very friendly. Check in and check out was smooth thanks to Alyaa. The dinner and breakfast buffet was good but for us there’s not much option. Thank you to Chano, Chris and Mark for being welcoming and helpful in the buffet area. Also Riaj and Naim from housekeeping team keeps our room neat and clean. Overall it was a memorable experience and i highly recommend it to families.

My experience in Al Raha Beach and Resort was overall fantastic. From the spacious room for a single stay with luxury amenities and comfy beds with a tastefull enterior to the super class service from all employees in the hotel. Special mention to the room service team, Samy and Rahad. The room was cleaned and arranged every day. Always enough clean towels. Rahad assisted me with lighting issue by involving an electrician. The matter was resolved quickly. Guest service assisted me with involving their maintenance team for a minor issue in the bathroom. Locationwise the complex is outside the city. Connetion with public transport is unreliable. Taxi are not expensive though.

I stayed here for a week in September. First half of the week I was in a room overlooking the front. It was too noisy at night so the amazing reception team moved me to a room at the rear. Lovely hotel. Very clean with exceptional housekeeping staff and concierge. Savilla restaurant is a little limited with food choices. Same buffet every night. The hotel is linked to the Mall next door. Ok for a visit but limited shopping On the whole a peaceful relaxing holiday which was exactly what I was hoping for. I would come back

The property is a world class resort with a lot of the little details you would expect such as friendly staff, cleanliness, bathrobes, great breakfast buffet, amazing pool connected to the beach, fitness centre, sauna and steam room. Having said that what really impressed me was the unexpected added touches such as the view, the most amazing dog made from a towel that housekeeping left me, rose petals on the bed. I am very happy and will be back

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff were. The food was excellent, and the pool bar team made sure we had everything we needed. The all-day dining staff were also great, always ready to assist with a smile. A special shout-out to John, the bellboy, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. He was not only incredibly helpful but also made us feel welcomed and valued. Highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and warm atmosphere!
