We are very impressed with your service. Your staff has been very approachable, kind and generous to us during our stay. We enjoyed our stay here. Our location of the room view was stunning. Food also was delicious. One of the house keeper ( we forgot the name but I know he’s from Uganda)was so good. He’s very polite and well behaved. So happy with him. Overall excellent.

The hotel was amazing. Everything from room, pool, food, location was just perfect. I am giving five stars only because there is no option for ten. The staff was amazingly helpful, the rooms were big and very clean and we had a beautiful bouquet of real flowers in the room. My greatest congratulations to the chefs- the breakfast, lunch, and dinner were absolutely great, both as presentation and taste. I can’t wait to plan another vacation here. 💐

Everything about this place is exceptional, We went their for a Family get way for a day and we liked it soo much that we stayed there a day more. I liked their approach and very much cooperate customer staff plus their up to the mark hospitality. I do recommend them for the best hotel and the services they provide with a clean pool and other in house facilities.

Amazing hotel. Staff is very very polite and helpful. We spend time with family there and it’s very nice experience. They upgrade our rooms for free, unexpected and we are thankful. Rooms with life flowers. On the reception we got welcome juice. Breakfast experience just wow, literally everything was tasty and fresh. Room service was great. Wallet parking very quick. The view from our room just wow. I highly recommend this hotel. Worth every single dirham. Thank you guys for our great weekend.

This hotel is truly wonderful. The exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, delightful dining options, and family friendly, all contributed to an outstanding experience. The room was perfect and clean, everything was prompt and attained too. Thank you Penura for making everything extra special! Not our first time here and will definitely not be our last.
