I am staying here for 3 years, I think it is the best place in Raha Beach Area, Good neighborhood, good service, simple and excellent, large space Gym, very very good swimming pool compared to all towers in the area. The only issue is the tower exit. But it doesn't matter compared to the good points.

I had a disappointing experience with the unit inspection process. Upon moving in, the apartment had several issues that I noted, but they were not properly recorded despite my communication. When I moved out, I was surprised by deductions from my deposit that felt unfair and not reflective of the unit’s condition. I would advise future tenants to document everything carefully during move-in and move-out. My trust in the process was unfortunately misplaced.

Good place and management, but the country traffic is over controlled. You could get two speed tickets in just 2 minutes (less than the time needed to slow to the right speed)

It has been the worst apartment we’ve ever rented in UAE in terms of the maintenance issues and alarm going off twice a day and in the middle of the night. Please do yourself a favor and do not think of renting in this building or even from reportage properties. Very poor quality, the pipes are always bursting, water leakage and maintenance teams are very poor, they make things worse instead of fixing it. It’s been very hard living here!

The Maintenance team was making up things to charge my security deposit, I stayed in the apartment for 2 months and had to leave and cancel my tenancy, and they were basically renovating the house at my expense. Full house paint, changing dining table and kitchen equipment. Its unreal.
