Their Alarm is so sensitive…if you have kids or newborns definitely will deaf cause cause of the horrible alarms for nothing in every single hours😡😡😡😡.I’m facing countless sleepless night.

Very disappointing experience. The apartment was extremely hard to find — no signs or name outside, and even the driver couldn’t locate it easily. Jen, who was in charge of our stay, was very rude and unhelpful. She refused to guide us to the tower or send the location, and would not let us in until we paid a big deposit, which was triple the cost of the stay. It was unreasonable and not worth it for the room we booked, which was completely different from the one shown on Booking.com. When we complained and wanted to cancel, she laughed and said “the booking was non-refundable”. The apartment itself was nothing like the photos online: much smaller, with a view of very noisy construction, and sudden alarms going off in the building. The key box for the room was open before we arrived, which felt unsafe. After complaining, they gave us another room, but it was dirty and dusty, with used cups left behind and scratched doors. This is a completely misleading listing with unprofessional service. I do not recommend this property.

Prime location. This building had so much potential but unfortunately the rooms are extremely small. On the other side the balconies are over sized. The developer should have optimized the space to cater for living space inside including storage area. Might work for short term rental but for someone looking to live there for longer will eventually suffer from claustrophobia.
