Living Made Easy at Al Mamsha, Sharjah I manage studio and 1-bedroom units in Al Mamsha, Sharjah’s first car-free, walkable community — and I must say, it’s a fantastic place to live. Developed by Alef Group, the area offers a modern lifestyle with everything close by — shops, cafes, and green spaces. It’s perfect for families and young professionals who want comfort, convenience, and a safe environment. The buildings have great finishes, smart layouts, and a peaceful vibe. You can walk or cycle everywhere thanks to wide paths that connect the whole neighborhood. Plus, it’s freehold for all nationalities and comes with flexible payment plans. Whether you’re buying to live or invest, Al Mamsha is a smart choice.

Living in Al Mamsha has been a wonderful experience for my family. One of the most unique and refreshing features of this community is its car-free central area a safe, open space where children can play freely, neighbors can walk and socialize, and families can truly enjoy peace of mind. The atmosphere here is calm, friendly, and perfect for raising kids. You don’t have to worry about traffic or noise, it’s a place where you can hear birds singing in the morning and see kids riding their bikes without a care. I truly appreciate the dedication of the management team. They work hard to keep the entire area clean and in great shape, from the perfectly maintained landscaping to the spotless walkways and play areas. Their consistent efforts make the community not just beautiful, but also comfortable and welcoming every day. It’s rare to find a place that combines safety, cleanliness, and a family-friendly environment.

Confirm your parking spot with the agent before signing the contract!! Parking for tenants is either NOT AVAILABLE and you’ll end up parking in people’s spots and getting fines every single day, or is very very far from your apartment and you’ll need to at least walk for 10 minutes, let alone if you are a frequent traveler alway carrying luggage like myself! Parking spots need to be reconsidered for this project, or otherwise, stay away! Community Management are overall very helpful and nice thou!

My recent experience with a lady staff member at the community management was very frustrating. I submitted service/maintenance requests through the Alef app, but was told I was using an older version. The staff member spent the entire time blaming me (why not checking my email, why not using the new app, why not coming to management office earlier if im facing issues, bla bla bla) and even blaming the management for not retiring the old app, rather than providing a solution or assistance with my request with respectful manner. Their answers shouldn’t about why me doing the incorrect process. I believe that customer-facing staff should be trained to focus on problem-solving and providing support, not on assigning blame. It was a very unprofessional interaction and make the community not great for the residents. So now I have to wait until my new account being approved in the new app. Surprisingly, the app that they proud of are not integrated. I had to register, wait for their approval, submit my maintenance request again, then wait for another days/weeks. What a waste!! Take this as constructive feedback. I don’t want to hear template answers asking my contact number/email and asking to send email to customer service.

I had the opportunity to stay here and I’m honestly thankful I didn’t invest in this place. First, finding the parking is like going through a maze, and to make things worse, people often park in your assigned spot. Trying to get a hold of security for a solution is a whole other challenge. The amount of mosquitoes is horrible; taking the elevator feels like a nightmare. On top of that, the elevator has a piece of Styrofoam that's full of scribbles and signatures, like something you'd see on a wall in a rough neighborhood; who even allows that? The supermarket downstairs closes earlier than the posted hours, which is very inconvenient. Overall, there’s not much to highlight in a positive way, good potential but ...
