Its going to be 2 years since i moved into Al Fareej Courtyard Block B. While there are mix of positives and negatives as normal when we rent any property but the worst experience we are facing as a family is the birds on top of our balcony. We don't have a roof for our balcony and the birds are just littering its waste around and there is a lot of foul smell coming from hatching of eggs. We have desperately informed the authorities to do something about it but they stand very strict in not actioning to it. Its getting into nightmare to dry clothes nor to go and spend some time in balcony. Also its important to do regular pest control in the drains and flats regularly. The pros are the location, parking facility, swimming pool, property maintenance, gym, security, city connectivity but the living conditions are getting impacted and its very important that tenants problems need to taken very seriously by the authorities. I have made several complaints to customer service and maintenance team on this but they have clearly highlighted that we cannot do anything about it.

Really like the location and flat itself, but the balcony is currently not usable due to birds littering. I have contacted the building several times and provided them with easy solutions that can be taken. But I'm still suffering from it.

There is a constant disturbing noise from a machine on the rooftop in fareej courtyard block A 2nd floor and i dont know why tenants is not complaining about it. Also security told me he already complained many times as he is the main contact in the building but management doesnt fix it.. please let us sleep. Thank you

Very bad experience from Wasl team No quality service customer service. Address very rudely calling as bhai and bang the call. No proper response and follow up. Customer executive not trained and wall informed. passing wrong message.
