Amazing residence area, cozy, silent, and away from all that city chaos makes it peaceful! Definitely worth buying and spending time here in a community where everyone is from another new country and taht way you gonna make friends globally❤️

I don’t even know where to begin. As someone with years of experience in facilities management, I can confidently say that DAMAC Hills One, Two (Akoya), Lagoons , etc. provides extremely poor living conditions. The community standards are low, and the management is even worse. The security system is ineffective, and the maintenance team’s capabilities are severely lacking—almost nonexistent. The pass gate requirement is unnecessarily cumbersome, and the system’s quality (along with everything else) is completely unacceptable. At sometimes, I have had to exit the community to collect my car or wait for external maintenance companies long hours till they receive a gate pass and much more.. Zero IT, Zero Technology, only Show up and fake Demos... The Community Centers, amenities, pools, gym, and mosques seem designed just for show, not for actual use. After five years here, I’ve only seen things deteriorate further. My advice? Avoid DAMAC at all costs. Do not buy, rent, or even consider working with DAMAC-owned properties or companies. My experience has been terrible, and I strongly advise against choosing DAMAC for any real estate or business needs. Zero recommendation.

I dont know why they call villa. One bedroom /studio inside city is bigger than this townhouse villa. Also it is in mid of desert.
