Recently moved to D2 and for the past 3 months, I absolutely like it here. It is a great pet friendly community, plenty of parks and amenities. The location is fair enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There’s no perfect community area specially when it comes to rain and flooding issue but we did feel the community spirit. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a modest, quiet spot away from the noise.

Have been to this community a lot of times and am about to finalize a townhouse here. Earlier had heard mixed reviews about it but I interacted with many people already living there to understand in detail and got lot of positive feedback so I have and made up my mind and Insha Allah will be moving in to D2 in August.

- Horrible neighbors who make noise until the middle of the night, - When I warn the Security they say they will come to fix the problem but never come. -Gym with half the machines broken down. -The constructions are of an abominable quality there are leaks and infiltrations everywhere in the house, I do not even speak to you about the rainy days. Of course I will have to pay for the repairs or have to forget my deposit before returning the house. - If you are in a cluster far from the community mall you will have to walk 30 to 40min to get there. - Half of the pools are open, you have to go to other clusters. I'm giving one star but if I could put 0 I would. - The only saving grace was that it wasn't outrageously priced but the owners are all raising the prices. DON’T COME !

Security just useless in the community. Kids screaming and running in the community until midnight like they don’t have school and their parents all jobless. Security doing nothing, sitting chatting in the phone most of the day. Our neighbor had to call police every time just to be able to sleep at night because security not making their job!
