First let me state I do not live here, I rented an AirBnB in DH2-Amazonia. I enjoyed my stay in DH2. It was quiet, relaxing and comfortable. The ONLY downside was the drive to get anywhere. If you miss your exit using Google Maps, add another 15-20 minutes and if it's peak traffic time, add more time. 🤦🏽♂️ I have stayed in other areas of Dubai and it really is not worth it to stay so far out in DH2 trying to save money. You are going to spend that saved money on gas, time and tolls. Just move closer to the city already!

If you like to be out the way it’s perfect. 30min from Ibn Battuta 30min MOE 30min Festival city Mall. Facilities are good and plenty to do. Villas ok if it doesn’t rain. Many find massive leakage of room. Kitchen cupboards falling off walls. Damac Quality. Roof maintenance and cleaning required 4 or 5 times year to clear bird poop that blocks your drains and floods your villa from top down. Concrete / blockages in many rain down pipes. They need to be checked so when I does rain your balconies don’t flood into the house. Windows not 100% water tight just hope rain doesn’t hit directly. Water penetrate the walls and leaks through cracks. Generally a good place to live in good weather. Live there 4 years Amazonia and Aster beautiful community’s. Pools are great all year around.

Too far. Too small for 3br. Not much space in master badroom and on G-floor. For rent it is possible to get in Dubai the same price, to buy - 2x more expensive. But it's really brand new and habbitated community.
