About the project and area

The building is in a great location. Close to business bay metro station, walking distance to downtown/fountains, all amenities like pool, gym is there, very clean. Neighbour building of coming Bugatti Residencies. Just be aware of business bay rush hours when using a car, but that's not to blame on the building.

Amazing building with premium facilities - pool, indoor gym and sauna, 24h concierge. Everything is spotless, starting from the underground parking and up to the hallways

Best place in Business Bay! The building looks very stylish, everything is brand new and I liked a lot the sauna and the swimming pool with a great view to the Opus designed by Zaha Hadid. There is a couple of pretty simple management rules that you need to follow (as everywhere in Dubai), but in general reception and security are very kind and helpful.
