I strongly advise against paying an EOI to this company. After three months I have still not received any refund. The builder is highly unreliable and the back office is extremely inefficient.

Building quality is so bad, there is water leakage everywhere. Visit my house Afnan 3, 407 to inspect the quality of work. What’s more irritating is deyaar facility team don’t care about it and last 3 months we have been saying houses looks ugly corridor looks ugly and they don’t care at all. This is my honest response and if you wish to visit I can talk more negative about the community.

Deyaar has many Projects but MIDTOWN is the best among. The very best thing about Midtown is very safe for kids rather than any community I have ever seen in dubai. Access to other people is nearly impossible as it is designed around 30 the ground level. Which is called podium level, and this is the area where you can rest at home and your kids play worry free. No tension of traffic and outsiders. I suggest those families with KIDS.
