I had the absolute pleasure of visiting this stunning pool yesterday, as the one in my own building is closed for the month. Words can hardly capture how breathtaking the experience was: the infinity pool overlooking the city is simply mesmerizing, and the view is one you can never get enough of. Nestled right in the heart of Downtown, it couldn’t be more perfectly located for a refreshing swim or a moment of pure relaxation. The staff went above and beyond to make my visit unforgettable. Their attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism created such a welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to Aymen (I hope I’ve spelled his name correctly!) who, together with one of his colleagues, kindly helped me with my camera settings,switching it from Japanese to English. It gave me a good laugh and was very much appreciated! Every member of the team I interacted with was exceptional, and it’s truly people like them who ensure guests feel safe, valued, and cared for. Although I was warmly invited to return today, other commitments kept me away,but without a doubt, I’ll be back again as soon as I can. To the entire team: keep shining and working together as beautifully as you do now. With such dedication, success will always be yours. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Unforgettable Stay at Address Sky View We had the most amazing experience celebrating our 11th year anniversary at Address Sky View! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and warm, making us feel truly special. A huge thank you to Ruby and Mercy at reception for the smooth and seamless check-in — your kindness and professionalism set the tone for our entire stay. To our surprise, we were upgraded to a room with a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa, which made the occasion even more memorable. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully detailed, offering both comfort and elegance. And of course, the infinity pool overlooking the city skyline was absolutely stunning — a true highlight of the hotel and an experience we’ll never forget. Everything from start to finish was perfect. This stay felt truly once in a lifetime, and we’re so grateful to everyone at Address Sky View for making our anniversary celebration so special. We’ll definitely be back!

Great sky view experience with the family. We paid £128 for 4 adults, but this came with a very nice light lunch - with a drink. The slide and 20uae towards a gift at the end. Fantastic views and great experience walking over the glass floors. Disappointed with the glass slide as it only lasted about 2 seconds and wasn't allowed to film it. Unfortunately the place was being revamped at the time and stank of paint, but it was all very well coordinated. Great experience and would do again when in dubai.

Perfect! Truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. Everything exceeded my expectations: aside from the wonderful view, perfect location, abundant space, cleanliness & great food & drinks, the service really stands out! Very big thanks to Clesie of the alto 54 for making us feel even more welcomed and to the breakfast service personnel namely Rachel, Manilyn, Dexter, & Diane for their warmth and awesomeness making our every morning in Address Sky so lovely. Also to Raymond and khalid of Deck too. You guys are so awesome! Thank you all sooo much for you made our vacation extra mega special! See you all soon! 🙏🏼
