The place is amazing I really love it for holidays and living but the only problem is one of the receptionist , is being to me and husband very rude one night we forgot the Apartament keys at the other car at the palm Jumeirah and she did not let us get in to r Apartament we had to go all way back from creek Harbour to the palm jumeirah to collect r key so we can get in to r Apartament when this woman should solve the problem by letting us inside and was 1/2 in the morning anyway we let that one go now this lady still the same attitudes with us by not letting laundry guy to deliver my laundry at my Apartament and food deliveries we have to go at the lobby to collect when this is new to us and we are thinking of moving friom here only from this experience and this lady I will try and speak to the manager today about this coz I’m sure she is here to do service for us not against us dicgrasfull

The service was slow, when we got our hot drinks they were cold, not even lukewarm. The valet service was slow, it took 20 minutes to get the car. Maybe my experience was bad, but hopefully next time i visit it well be better.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the warm welcome and excellent assistance during my stay. Farid and Julibar hopefully I spill there names right, Your help at the reception made my experience truly enjoyable. Address Harbour point Tower 2 is a brand new Emaar building with top 1st class amenities. This bespoke luxury apartment tower overlooks the creek with Dubai Down Town buildings including Burj Khalifa view is marvelous. The building has excellent gym & outdoor swimming pool. The apartments are serviced by Address hospitality & a porter is available 24 hrs. The area is quite & the huge festival city mall & hotel are only 5 minutes away by car. Also, international schools & Dubai Int Airport are 15 minutes away.
