We're so glad to have stayed at Address Boulevard. Rooms are impeccably designed, service is consistent (from the Doormen, the Receptionists, the Housekeepers to the Restaurant Associates), and the location is great. It's walking distance and connected to the Dubai Mall. We didn't book breakfast with the room because we intended to try out different restaurants during our stay, but we ended up eating at the Lobby Lounge everyday! Shout out to Prabesh for the excellent service!

Best hotel I have ever experienced! Everyone was so kind and helpful, excellent breakfast, I order my own salad and eggs just the way I like it. In check-in and out, someone carried my luggage, they complimantry park your car and bring it if needed. We loved everything in the hotel, and it looks so fancy!! Thank you!! We will come back again ❤️❤️❤️

With a few words not to describe. However one of our favorite places in Dubai. A great atmosphere, perfect service, connection to Dubai Mall, Dubai metro, and this location is fabulous. The service , kind and friendly competent well trained staff is always excellent. Since the opening same value and service. We have even friends partners , who are living here part of the year. They're comments are as mine excellent service . A place to return and advice

I’ve been a residence in Dubai for most of my life and have been coming to the address boulevard, enjoyed the fine restaurants they have, stayed many nights at different address hotels. The hotel itself is a great vacation spot however, the receptionist have very bad quality of service and communication. Very bad attitude and clearly show the laziness of not providing solution or help to solve some minor issues. Not friendly at all, excuses of policies that have been placed, but I always see them changing reception quite often as they are new to the job. Update: The same receptionist is an Egyptian man name Ossad. Today my friend was trying to solve some minor issues which turned out of him making it such a problem. He is unprofessional and very rude. He is new and should not be allowed to work as a receptionist. Unbelievable behavior, whenever I go to any hotel, they will help you and provide any help at the spot. These receptionist think they are above everybody and help ZERO. I will never recommend anybody to go to this hotel…

Two days ago we had dinner at address boulevard everything was amazing but when it comes to service it was quite slow not for food but beverage although it was only alcoholic and it took more than 10 minutes. so it supossed to be served ASAP. And the service sequence was also not properly instead of serving first to my lady friend they served at the last. It seemed like they were working with some sadness no smile no response of our appreciation n all. Rest everything was perfect apart from service.
