Nice building excellently maintained very nice multistory gym that’s detached from the building itself. Excellent location… Easy and easy out of Business Bay… I hate that place, but Sajed is perfect with unobstructed views.

We visited this building through the Waves.holiday.home company. The location is perfect very close to Downtown. It is right next to the promanade with water. The apartment was very clean with all facilities for daily needs.Breathtaking views of Burj Khalifa. Fantastic facilities of the building with indoor and outdoor gym.Pool and jacuzzi with great views Communication with waves.holiday.homes.dubai team was very fast and always helpful. Highly recommended.

The service at the building is great - both caretakers are very friendly and helpful. The gym is very well built with a stellar view, and infinity pool as well. Amenities are definitely better than any other building I’ve seen at Business Bay, and the hallways and lifts are always clean too! No complaints!

I have lived in many buildings, but I have never seen such warm-hearted, kind, and helpful staff as here. The manager at the lobby and the security team are simply outstanding. I am grateful to have had the chance to meet them. A big compliment to the whole team
