The worst place to live. Leaks everywhere. The management is the worst you could ever imagine—they are completely useless. The security staff only bothers you instead of doing their job. The absolute worst part of this tower is the leaks that affect every apartment. Leaks even coming from the toilet of the unit above you. The fire alarm goes off every single week with an unbearable sound that leaves you deaf all day. The toilets fall apart constantly. The interior quality of the apartments is terrible: doors don’t close properly, and the window frames are always cracking. Do not waste your money on this tower. It is by far the worst tower I’ve ever lived in during my time in Dubai. From the outside it looks beautiful, and the amenities may seem nice, but living here is the worst experience you could possibly have. Don’t even think about renting here. And to top it off, one day I bought a brand-new car and they left me standing under the burning sun, refusing to let me into my own paid parking spot. I had to get out, walk to reception, register, and only then was I allowed to move my car.

We rent here, we like the location, but after a year of living here, we repeatedly encounter the fact that water is leaking from another floor, and no one reacts to it, our ceiling is completely damaged and everyone is throwing up their hands. This is very unpleasant. We have repeatedly complained to the manager and reception staff and everything is in vain. We've been waiting for three weeks, unfortunately our apartment looks like this, and for half a year we've been saying that there are problems and that there's a leak, but no one cares…. If the employees had responded to the appeal, this would not have happened! This is what my apartment looked like when I got home, it's very sad. There is a problem with water and it needs to be solved. Also windows make a cracking sound every 30 seconds, very loud very disruptive and keeps us up at night, but we are already used to this.

The worst place!!!! All the workers just wander around here, the security is useless, they just walk around and pick on the residents for nothing to do. The quality of construction is terrible, the parking is terrible, the pipes are constantly leaking and for several months you will be like a homeless person looking for a place to park. They also built a mosque nearby, it is impossible to sleep after 4 am. But the most important !!!!!!!!! thing is the fire alarm !!!!! that screams so loudly that your ears bleed for two days in a row!!!!!!!! You will go crazy from 9 am to 5 pm every 20 minutes the fire system screams every three months without end. Two days of fire alarm, they call it testing. It is impossible to swim in the pool, because the "lifeguard" from the pool invites his friends to swim there. The gym is also a mess: either it is constantly closed or they turn it into a kindergarten where children play with equipment without supervision and the "trainer" does not care about this, although children under 14 are prohibited from doing so. 🚫 And the cherry on the cake: the management is located in these same buildings on the fourth floor and can do absolutely nothing. I don’t understand why they are just sitting around if they can’t even solve the smallest problem. there is also a constantly clogged garbage chute, cockroaches and ants. Also, many apartments are rented out daily, so after 9 pm there is always a crowd of girls of easy virtue in the lobby. also terrible constant cracking of windows, but after 3 months you gradually get used to it.

Pest Control I have been living in the West Tower of 1 Residences for a few months, and started seeing cockroaches very often in corridor and elevator hall. Although I requested pest control from the building maintenance team, they only remove the visible cockroaches but never conduct proper pest control treatment. Maintenance asks me to send photos of the cockroaches as “evidence,” so my phone gallery is now full of cockroach pictures. I reported the issue through the Wasl Community app, but no actions taken. I also raised the issue through the Wasl Community Management Portal, where I was only told to “wait for a call.” Eventually, cockroaches started appearing inside my own apartment. I had to pay out of pocket for pest control, but since cockroaches are seen in the hallways and elevator areas, I doubt it will have any lasting effect. I even reported the case to Dubai Municipality After posting this review, I received a phone call from Towfig, a representative from Social Media Team. Finally there was a reaction from Wasl. Dubai Municipality also visited the building. Thanks to that, the situation has started to improve I believe. I am currently waiting for the pest control to be done within the whole buildings.

I was shocked with bad reviews that was posted until I moved to this building four months ago and I’m super happy with the location and building facilities especially the sky Trac , Huge gym and swimming pool plus the amazing view from the balcony towards Dubai skyline and Dubai frame and there was a problem with window cracking but Wasl came and fix it straight way and didn’t experience any water leakage . Highly recommended and from my experience one bedroom facing dubai frame in east tower has the best layout and view.
